A versatile and goal-oriented professional with 10+ years of experience in the E-Learning space; currently employed with Oceaneering Inc. I am an engineer by qualification and holds a management degree as well.

I am a self-taught instructional designer who has created more than 1000 hours of learning material in various modalities for global as well as region-specific audience groups. Currently, I am working with Oceaneering and this partnership is allowing me to use my passion, skill set and dedication for:

– Engaging global audience groups across various levels

I have proven experience in training strategy formulation, LMS implementation, technical training environment builds, strategic organizational change management, including communications and change leadership. In addition to excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills, I also excel in ambiguous and rapidly changing situations. I have extensive experience in working cross-culturally and have managed and led projects for geographically and culturally diverse clients successfully.
